Haarlem: English spoken Mindfulness training, start Monday 6 November.
In the evening of 6 November we will start a new 8-week ‘Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction’ training, spoken in English.
Everyone with common knowledge of English is welcome to join this specific skills training which is scientifically proven to be effective.
Results of the 8- week training cycle
