Alongside 1 on 1, and public small group courses, we regularly offer trainings in organisations online, supporting offices and remote workers all over the world. We work with known research programs such as the MBSR and MBCL as well as our own proprietary programs.
Standard programs we deliver include:
- 2 week Practical Resilience workshop
- 4 week Resilience booster (Yoga and mindfulness based wellness program)
- 8 week Mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR)
- 6 month Mindfulness based compassionate living (MBCL)
