Fiona and Stephanie invite you to your Retreat to deeply Heal the YOU within YOU, by using the technology of Kundalini yoga, therapeutic workshops, Gong sound healings and various healing modalities to connect to your essence/soul.

You will leave having learnt to incorporate promoting lifestyle habits, healing techniques, feeling refreshed and lighter having processed a lot.

VENUE:

Our 5 night/6 days Retreat is set on a lagoon, 10 mins walk to Nilaveli beach, Trincomallee, Sri Lanka. We will be staying at Nilaveli Ayurveda Resort. This intimate retreat includes therapeutic kundalini yoga, meditation, workshops, gong, healing and massage. Workshops on personal development and tools for you to continue practicing after the retreat will be included.
