Vagus Nerve Massage - from stress to rest.
This gentle, deeply calming massage supports your nervous system when you feel stuck in stress, overwhelm or constant tension. The Vagus Nerve plays a key role in helping your body shift from “fight or flight” into “rest and recovery”.
During this session of 75 minutes, I use soft, calming touch on the upper body, combined with the breathing techniques to send signals of safety from the body to the brain. Rather than forcing relaxation, we work with the nervous system, allowing your body to settle at its own pace.
Vagus Nerve massage can be especially supportive if you experience:
- chronic stress, anxiety or burnout
- tension that doesn't ease with regular massage
