Shiatsu behandelingen zijn een weldaad voor lichaam en geest en helpen diepzittende stress los te leren laten. Je energie kan weer vrij stromen door je lichaam, waardoor je je weer in balans voelt, één geheel, warm, open, ontspannen.

Shiatsu is uitermate geschikt voor allerhande blokkades in je lichaam, voor pijn, stijfheid, stress, en voor mensen die veel 'in het hoofd' zitten.

Langzame, diepe druk op de acupunctuurpunten en energiebanen brengen je in contact met je lichaam en creëren een diepe ontspanning die helend werkt en energiek maakt. Er wordt geen olie gebruikt en de massage gaat over de kleding heen. Het is fijn als je makkelijk zittende kleding draagt waarin je vrij kan bewegen.

Ik ben ook acupuncturist en Chinese kruidengeneeskundige. Bharat geeft op diverse lokaties meditatiecursussen.

He is born in India and became interested in meditation when he was a teenager. The main question was to understand more about life and inner reality.

"Today I can say without the help of meditation, one misses the real meaning of life. Very difficult one can be contented in the life. One will fall into big frustration today or tomorrow even having all sucess and money. One can not escape to face the shallowness or meaninglessness of life. One can not love without having the insight of inner reality. Otherwise it will end up today or tomorrow in frustration. Meditation brings you beauty, peace , inner contentment, but these all come as a fragrance when one is experiencing or dissolving in existence."

Bharat is registered with professional organisation IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists).
