Do you want to learn more about Mindfulness and how you can apply Mindfulness in your daily life? Or do you already have Mindfulness experience and enjoy practising together?
Smiling Minds Club will host a series of four donation-based Mindfulness Workshops (1 to 1,5 hours each) in which you will be guided through Mindfulness exercises that you can easily integrate into your daily life.
What is Mindfulness again?
Mindfulness can be defined as state of being conscious or aware of something in the present moment without judgement. Being mindful can result in being more relaxed, being more in tune with our needs and limitations, being aware of our emotions and reaction patterns, being more focused and productive as well as more loving, compassionate and grateful.
The workshops are suited for beginners as well as participants with mindfulness experience. Each workshop will be different, we might also practise some relaxation exercises like Yoga Nidra, for example.

I will send out an email with info before the workshop starts. Then you know where to go exactly and what to either bring or not to bring ;-). It would be nice to know your level of experience, as well - no experience required though!
