- Works from the starting point that all the areas of life are interconnected: body, mind, spirit, personal, professional, and health.

- Involves body and mind; recognising the value and role of the bodymind in behavior, beliefs and thinking
- Supports self awareness and change through a range of tools including: strengths assessments, conversation, creativity, postural awareness, movement, mindfulness, positive psychology and nervous system self-regulation techniques including breath and guided practices.
- As needed, it incorporates aspects of mindfulness coaching, yoga coaching, strengths coaching, somatic coaching and traditional coaching.
